Abstract

|
Dieulafoy’s lesion, known as a cirsoid aneurysm and submucosal arterial malformation, is an uncommon cause of gastrointestinal bleeding. Dieulafoy’s lesion associated with gastric cancer is very rare. We report on a case of advanced gastric cancer (Borrmann type IV) associated with a Dieulafoy’s lesion, which was histopathologically proven.
